Last week at the ENSEMBLE2024 Hub, we had the pleasure of sharing a unique experience combining physical and spiritual well-being: a gentle workout followed by a meditation based on the Bible.

A gentle but effective workout

The first part of our session was devoted to a physical workout adapted to all levels. This allowed participants to work on their flexibility, balance and muscular strength without any sense of pressure. The aim was to move gently, while respecting each person’s abilities.

A meditation based on the Bible

After awakening our bodies, we shared a moment of inner peace with a meditation inspired by the teachings of the Bible. This meditation offered everyone the opportunity to refocus, to find a space of inner calm and to concentrate on God.

A Moment of Resourcing and Harmony

We all enjoyed this moment of rejuvenation and harmony between body and mind. Whether you were new to one of the practices or more experienced, this session was open to all, in a spirit of sharing and kindness.
