On Saturday, August 3rd, the participants of the evangelism event faced unforeseen obstacles. Returning to their activity at the Eiffel Tower, they were forced to leave by the police after a short period due to restrictions on religious demonstrations in the Games’ zones.
Determined to continue their mission, they moved to Châtelet, outside the gray zone of the Games. However, they were once again stopped by the Paris garden security service, which required authorization for any religious demonstration. Despite these interruptions, the participants persisted by distributing flyers and bracelets around the area, successfully engaging in deep and meaningful conversations with many passersby.
These interactions led to moments of prayer, conversions, and the collection of phone numbers for follow-up. Although the day was filled with challenges, it proved the resilience and determination of the evangelists to spread their message despite the constraints.
