To celebrate its 35th anniversary and 10 years of broadcasting in Paris, radio station PHARE FM is organizing a special “PHARE FM PARIS TOUR” week: 100% of its programs from 6:30am to 8pm live in Paris from July 22 to 26, 2024.
Based at the Maison du Protestantisme in Paris, PHARE FM will feature some fifty interviews with athletes, top-level sportsmen and sports professionals.
The “Living Bus PHARE FM” will be touring the Paris region in the afternoons, with duplex broadcasts highlighting the actions carried out by local associations and churches during the games.
In 2024, Mulhouse-based PHARE FM celebrates its 35th anniversary, marking a decade of DAB+ (Digital Audio Broadcasting) in Paris.

As the 2024 Games loom, drawing attention to France, the PHARE FM team is launching an ambitious project the “PHARE FM PARIS TOUR” :
from July 22 to 26, 2024, special live broadcasts will be hosted from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. from the Maison du Protestantisme in Paris, headquarters of the Fédération Protestante de France, and throughout the Paris region
from the “Living Bus PHARE FM”.
From the Maison du Protestantisme on rue de Clichy in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, French and international athletes, both able-bodied and disabled, as well as chaplains and sports professionals, will address a wide range of topics, including managing success, sport and faith, sports burnout and career transition…
Through its “Living Bus PHARE FM the radio station will be highlighting the initiatives of local associations and churches involved in social actions, cultural events and neighborhood sports gatherings throughout the summer.
Beyond the local or national aspect, the collaboration between PHARE FM and TWR (Trans World Radio) propels the project internationally thanks to its worldwide network of radio partners.
These will broadcast part of the programs, which will be translated into their national language with the help of artificial intelligence. Under the expert guidance of Jesper Noer of Danish company Noerpol, the AI
will play a crucial role in making audio content available in English, Spanish and Russian.
In partnership with the Fédération Protestante de France, PHARE FM is preparing a program in co-production with Présence Protestante on France 2, to be broadcast during August 2024.
In short, this special week celebrates PHARE FM’s 35 years of existence and 10 years of broadcasting in Paris, and promises a captivating immersion into the world of sport, culture and spirituality.
